PodCamp Ohio Podcast Meeting Tonight May 6 – Finalizing Plans

We’re having our weekly PodCamp Ohio planning podcast tonight, May 6 at 8pm. Everyone is welcome. :)

We have many decisions to make tonight including who will cater lunch, announce hotel availability, finalize press release, email news letter, make last push for sponsors as well as start planning Saturday night plans after PodCamp Ohio.

We’re having our weekly PodCamp Ohio planning podcast tonight, April 1 at 8pm. Everyone is welcome. :)

We launched session registration last week so the focus of tonight’s meeting will focus on sessions. Speakers are welcome to come and talk about their sessions as well as attendees are welcome to come to ask for particular session topics.

We’re going to start the PodCamp Ohio Podcast tonight, February 18 at 8pm. The podcast will repeat every Wednesday at 8pm up through June.

Tonight we’re going to go over the tasks that we need to accomplish by the end of the month and also discuss launching session registration. Other topics, suggestions and feedback are welcome.
